Design philosophy: The space was segmented into three distinct areas, each featuring unique design themes. It includes a shared reception, café, passage, sick room, and washrooms. The layout blends open workstations, private offices, executive conference rooms with foldable walls, and collaborative breakout zones. The vibrant café and stylish washrooms enhance the environment. Additionally, there are three dedicated server rooms, alongside a common BMS and UPS room.
