The choice of materials—stone slabs, micro concrete, and versatile tiles—adds texture and depth. Exposed ducts and pipes are creatively incorporated as design features, while the central hot desk surrounded by greenery encourages both collaboration and tranquillity.
Key Features: Experimented with a new Eclectic Colour Palette – Hunter Green & Brushed Mahogany. Elegant terrazzo slabs, micro concrete, and tiles create diverse floor textures, telephone booths – Private spaces for solo meetings and calls, motorized Curtains – automated window treatments for light control.
Collab Space: A chic hot desk area with collaborative spaces framed by lush greenery, private phone booths for focused work, and a cozy café zone for relaxation and informal interactions.
Technology: The office features motorized curtains, smart lighting, telecommunication systems in booths, and AV technology in the boardroom for seamless communication and comfort.
